B2B Sales Executive · Italy Travel Packages

About the role

We create private journeys, local experiences and group trips across Italy. We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to grow our business with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients in Vietnam, Singapore and Europe. You'll own the full outreach cycle: finding the right prospects, starting conversations, booking meetings and helping close group bookings.

Who you'll sell to

Outbound travel agencies and tour operators
MICE and corporate incentive planners
Honeymoon planners, schools, universities and food & wine clubs

What you'll do

Build lists of target agencies and companies
Find decision-makers and verified contacts
Run outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone
Book and lead meetings, present our Italy packages
Prepare proposals with operations and follow up to close
Build long-term partner relationships
Keep the CRM updated and send a short weekly report

What you bring

2+ years in B2B sales or outbound lead generation (3+ preferred), references available on request
Proven results in numbers: meetings booked, reply rates, deals closed
Travel industry experience preferred (agency, tour operator, DMC, airline or hotel, especially outbound, group or MICE)
Fluent English and Vietnamese, spoken and written (required)
Chinese (Mandarin) is optional, not required, but a plus
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, a CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive), Google Sheets and Claude
Self-driven, organized and comfortable working remotely with weekly targets

What we offer

$700base per month

$20–25per qualified meeting held

3%of gross margin per closed booking, no cap

A qualified meeting is one that actually takes place with a decision-maker at a relevant agency or company. Commission is paid after the client's full payment. Fully remote, flexible freelance setup, with room to grow with us.
